January 2026 Changelog Highlights
Visual & UX Improvements
We rolled out a refreshed font system across Copi to improve consistency and readability throughout the platform. Small changes like typography and spacing can make a big difference when you’re working with content all day.
We also refined the overall visual hierarchy so important actions, states, and information stand out more clearly — especially when managing multiple links or files.
Share Link Enhancements
Sharing content is at the core of Copi, so link presentation matters.
This month, we improved Open Graph previews for Copi share links. When your links are shared via email, messaging apps, or social platforms, previews now look cleaner and more polished — helping your content feel more professional at first glance.
Dashboard & Analytics Fixes
Analytics reliability was a major focus in January.
We shipped several fixes and improvements to the dashboard and analytics experience to ensure data is displayed more accurately and consistently.
Highlights include:
Improved dashboard data handling
Fixes to analytics charts and date range selection
Better date handling across analytics views
These changes help ensure engagement data reflects what’s actually happening — so you can trust the insights you’re seeing.
Why These Updates Matter
While these updates may look incremental on the surface, they play an important role in making Copi dependable for everyday use.
Stability, clarity, and trust in analytics are essential when you’re sharing important documents, proposals, or content externally. January was about reinforcing those fundamentals so future features can be built on a solid base.
What’s Coming Next: Pages
We’re also working on something new — and it’s one of the bigger features coming to Copi.
Introducing Pages
Pages is a new way to present and organize content in Copi.
Instead of sharing individual links or files one by one, Pages lets you curate multiple files, links, and information together in a single, structured space. Think of it as a more flexible, story-driven alternative to a traditional data room.
With Pages, you’ll be able to:
Organize related content in one place
Share a clearer narrative with viewers
Keep Copi’s existing security controls and engagement insights
We’re keeping things simple and intentional — no clutter, no unnecessary complexity. More details (and walkthroughs) will be shared soon.
